The partnership builds on a long-standing relationship originating from Rubix Studios’ work with Optimum Care Foot and Ankle Clinic in Cranbourne, Melbourne.
The existing website and supporting systems required redevelopment to meet modern accessibility and compliance standards. Key priorities included improving service presentation, consolidating technology workflows and implementing secure data management in alignment with NDIS and healthcare regulations.
Rubix Studios delivered a complete redevelopment using WordPress, integrating Elementor, Crocoblock, RankMath and WP Rocket to improve performance and scalability. HubSpot CRM and secure cloud services were implemented to streamline communications and record management. The project reinforced brand alignment across both Optimum Care entities, establishing a professional, compliant and scalable framework that supports ongoing service delivery and organisational growth.

The design framework applied the existing colour palette of purple and light green, aligning with NDIS standards while maintaining distinct brand recognition. Typography and layout were simplified to improve legibility and compliance with accessibility guidelines. The updated materials, including brochures, stationery and photography, reinforced Optimum Care Group’s professionalism and community focus.
The original WordPress website, built in 2018, was rebuilt in 2023 to improve performance, accessibility and content structure. Rubix Studios implemented Elementor for design management, Crocoblock for advanced functionality, RankMath for SEO optimisation and WP Rocket for site speed. The redevelopment replaced outdated plugins and introduced a modular design system to simplify future updates. Accessibility remained a key consideration, ensuring alignment with ARIA standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
